Where to Find Some Helpful Hints in Beginning, Maintaining and Promoting Your Restaurant

The link above will direct you to an article published by Restaurant News about some revised material that's available to you as a business owner. This book, The Restaurant Managers Handbook by Douglas Robert Brown can be used for many different purposes in the restaurant industry. It can be a start up guide, a reference when confronted with unfamiliar territory, a training guide for new hire managers, or even just a big book to sit on your office desk! Either way, the book is a total of 10 years old with multiple revisions that continually update it to suit the evolving times that which directly affect the industry. I know books might be a thing of the past, but now with as much junk that we find when searching a topic on the internet, maybe it would be easier to skim an index or table of contents to locate our answers. The goal is to know more than the next person, this tool might work for you.
