Food Truckers Thoughts; A Mobile Food Vendor website founder shares insight.

This link above will take you to an article from Restaurant News about the young, adapting, navigating industry of Food Trucks (not to be confused w/ roach wagons). It seems for the most part that identity, laws, cooperation and acceptance is really what's currently in limbo for this business on wheels.

I have a friend, founder of Aunties Fry Bread food truck, he has shared with me a lot of the concerns that come with running such a business. Compliance is a huge deal. You're constantly on the move, having to take into consideration numerous laws that force you to adapt to each situation differently depending on which city or town you are vending in on any given day. Nothing seems consistent in this industry yet. I hope that there are calmer waters ahead for people like my friend and others who manage their food truck.
