I think businesses sometimes overlook this aspect of their presentation. When on the other hand, your menu is something that can be shared on a different level with your customers. It's the book to your success, your style, your taste, and your offering. You can portray so much through your menu by not having to say a single word. I can only imagine how exciting it must be to get your first shipment of menu's in.
