
Do you have EPLI? I know, it sounds like something you should of been tested for at your last visit to the good ol doc. But trust me, you're going to wish you had it when employees test you for it. EPLI, wrongful acts in the workplace. This coverage protects you, the insured (employer) from employees wishing to sue you under discrimination or wrongful termination. Harassment (as seen in this image) can also be covered under this insurance coverage. EPLI is normally a separate policy as well. So don't go parading around your business with any old commercial general liability policy or business owners policy thinking that you have backing on any wrongful act that you so willingly decide to pursue. Don't be foolish. Ask you agent, broker, whomever it is that provides you guidance with your insurance about EPLI. Remember, this is the one "virus" you want to be tested positive for.
